Can I Click & Collect?
Yes, simply select ‘Click & Collect’ as your delivery option and then you can collect your order from our store in Kilmarnock free of charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch plain item orders within 3 working days* and embroidered/personalised orders within 10 working days*. Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, it will be sent with either a courier or Royal Mail tracked.
In July & August (our busiest time of year), embroidered items may take longer than the above timeframe. Orders placed before the 31st of July will be delivered in time for the Scottish back-to-school*. We will endeavour to despatch orders placed after this date in time for back to school, but we cannot guarantee this.
*Delivery timescales are subject to supplier stock availability.
*Postcode restrictions – delivery may take longer to the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3

Which items are stocked and which items need to be badged to order?
We keep poloshirts and sweatshirts for most of our schools in stock throughout the year. Other items such as cardigans, slipovers, v-necks, jackets etc are badged to order.
Can I try on items in store?
Yes – we have a fitting room available to try on items in store.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns for plain / non-embroidered items if returned in the original packaging in a resalable condition within 28 days. Please enclose a copy of our returns form in the package. You can download the form HERE. Items can be exchanged or refunded in store. If you would like to send us your return, the item must be sent at your own cost.
For embroidered items, returns are the same as above but with some exceptions. (Please see below)

Do you sell primary school blazers?
Yes, we do sell blazers for all of our primary schools. We have chosen not to make these available to order online as it is difficult to gauge the correct size and in our experience, it is always better to try blazers on, if at all possible. If this is not possible for you, please phone us on 01563 550200.
